During my recent four-night stay at Norlands, I found a balanced blend of luxury and value that made for a rewarding experience. The hotel is enviably located near the picturesque North Bay, providing easy access to Scarborough's attractions without being amidst the levels of noise typically associated with busier areas. The spacious, well-equipped twin room offered a flat-screen TV and complementary tea facilities, creating an inviting space. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a welcomed convenience to stay connected. Costa and Brian, the hosts, demonstrated commendable attentiveness, ensuring breakfast was tailored to various dietary needs, including delicious gluten-free options. Their genial nature fostered a comfortable atmosphere, making guests feel both cared for and at ease. The on-site lounge provided a lovely setting for evening interactions, echoing an authentic communal spirit. Norlands stands out as a sensible choice, balancing affordability with attentiveness and quality hospitality.
